Paper submission procedure

Make sure you have prepared your paper as explained in the call for papers. Papers must be submitted in PDF format, or as PostScript documents that are interpretable by Ghostscript, and they must be printable on US Letter sized paper.

Paper submission will be handled by the EasyChair conference management system.

To use EasyChair you must have an EasyChair account. If you do not already have an account, an account can be created easily from the EasyChair login page (you will need an email account for confirming your identity).

  • Click on this link to login to the EasyChair conference management system.
  • Click on the second tab, named New Submission to access the new paper submission form.
  • Fill out the form, making sure you select the PDF file containing your paper.
  • Click on the Submit Paper button to finalize your submission. Note that you can submit more than one paper, and you can submit revisions of your paper until the paper submission deadline: 23:59 UTC, Wednesday June 16, 2010.
